When you are a child you may have come across some bullies, or maybe you were one yourself. A big difference between children and adults is that adult will not put up with that type of behavior. Bullying in the adult world does not work, you simply cannot bully someone who is grown. When you were young you could get away with being a bully but is does not translate to the adult world. Adults handle bullying different and it won’t work. Once you are grown you should be able to tell someone how you feel instead of feeling as though you need to tear people down to get your way. So if you are an adult and still trying to antagonize people to benefit yourself, stop because 1) you need to grow up and 2) you are not going to get very far.
