Life is way too short to overreact over every little inconvenience. When you get mad it not only puts you in a bad mood but it also upsets the person who had made the mistake. When you go to McDonalds and they get your order wrong that is definitely not a time to get mad. A messed up order at a fast food place is not the time or place to waste your energy yelling at people.
Turn the negative into a positive. When something does not go as planned try seeing how you could make the best out of the situation, you might surprise yourself.
