A toxic relationship is just like bad food; it makes you sick, puts you down, and the only time you get relief is when it is out of your system. You wouldn’t continue to eat food that makes you sick, so why would you continue to be in a relationship that continually does you wrong? It is time to flush and forget bad relationships, they do us more harm than good.
